Sarah Shiao

Sarah has spent 15 years in nearly every seat on the dental team — lead office administrator, assistant, and hygienist. That range gives her first-hand insight on whatever issues you are facing. She doesn’t have all the answers, but she’s committed to finding solutions with you.

She still practices hygiene a couple days a week, which keeps her coaching grounded in what’s actually happening chairside, day to day. Sarah geeks out on the little details and loves getting creative with clients as they approach problems together. And it’s never a one-way street — her clients teach her as much as she teaches them.

Sarah believes learning should be a little silly and a lot of fun. She loves getting to know each team member and helping them figure out what lights them up. ‘Everyone’s got something, and leaning into it is where the magic happens – both for that individual and the team as a whole.’

Underneath the fun, she’s serious about helping teams build the kind of strong culture and effective communication that makes everything else possible.
