Karen Raymond

Karen graduated with a B.S. in Health Information Management and began her career as Director of New Patient Admissions at the I.U. School of Dentistry.
She then used her skills and experience to help her husband, Dr. Gregg Raymond, build a successful cosmetic dental practice (top 5% in U.S.) in the small town of Franklin, Indiana.

Dr. Raymond and Karen understood that the team was vital in building a successful practice, so they attended seminars that taught new communication skills with the patients and each other. In addition they enrolled in an amazing coaching program , and their practice began to thrive. Karen also used her marketing skills to attract new patients from other cities to their office.

After selling their practice, Karen transitioned into coaching for All-Star Dental Academy.
She focuses on leadership and team building, along with five star phone skills, front and back office efficiency, conflict resolution and is exceptional with case presentation and financial arrangements without insur
