Diamond Mastermind has given me the opportunity to be part of a group of like-minded dental practice leaders that support one another through challenges we may be facing and to collaborate on solutions together. The Master Coaches that lead Diamond Mastermind are dynamic at developing discussion topics that encourage open, honest, and challenging thoughts and ideas. I am thankful that I have been given the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop even more as a dental team leader though Diamond Mastermind.

Being part of the Diamond Mastermind group through All-Star Dental Academy has been an incredible experience for me. It’s so valuable to hear how other dental offices operate, what works well for them, and even what hasn’t. The group is a fantastic opportunity to build a network of professionals who truly understand the ins and outs of dentistry. Having people to bounce ideas off of and share experiences with has been such a positive influence on my growth. What I appreciate most is how this group pushes me out of my comfort zone. It challenges me to think differently, try new approaches, and become even better at what I do.

We have been able to be a part of their Diamond Mastermind program which allows for team members from dental offices all over the country to meet together and discuss any issues we are facing, share our tips, and come up with great solutions. These sessions bring a wealth of knowledge to our practice. Our team has been able to apply what we learned to our own work, which has been a game changer. When I first started Diamond Mastermind I was super nervous and excited. to see what I could learn and bring to the table for everyone else. My first day with Diamond Mastermind was awesome!! I learned more in that hour from an amazing team of office managers, dental assistants, and All-Star coaches. The first thing I noticed was everyone has the same goal.
