And clinical team, if you’re making temporaries are a little rusty or pouring up models and mounting models are a little rusty and you want to go back to those basics, now is a great time.

In the summer it tends to be a little more laid back. I know our pediatric practices man they are absolutely stepping on the gas. I know that there’s plenty of time where we might have a little extra to, to spend, to really work on our business. And that is really about skills inventory, understanding what you know, what you’d like to know and team members speak up and let your doctor know, Hey, I’m interested in learning. I want to find out more about something that will really help me be a better team member.

research has shown us or told us that people really want to professionally grow. They want to grow and be a part of a team that is fulfilling and rewarding.
