About Alan and Adrienne Twigg:
Adrienne Twigg is co-owner of Bent Ericksen & Associates and an HR compliance consultant. Having both the experience of managing a large dental group practice with 35 team members for 17 years, and working with dentists across the country, Adrienne brings a positive, proven approach to solving everyday employee related challenges and strengthening the team. She has presented nationally on the topics of practice management, human resources and employment compliance.
Alan Twigg is Vice President at Bent Ericksen & Associates. As a strong proponent of symbiotic employer-employee relations, Alan is passionate about education, teamwork, positive work environments and culture, with an emphasis on long-term personnel retention and employment compliance, where his solutions-oriented outlook excels. Prior to joining Bent Ericksen & Associates, Alan had extensive experience in employee relations and personnel management, with both small and medium size businesses. Alan has guided numerous clients and consultants through the challenging world of HR and Employment Compliance. About Eric Vickery:
Eric Vickery is All-Star’s President of Coaching. He holds a degree in business administration and brings a strong business and systems approach to his consulting. His initiation into the field of dentistry was in the area of office management. He managed dental practices for over ten years and has been consulting over 250 offices nationwide since 2001.
There are two main delivery systems that he utilizes, that of monthly coaching as well as virtual or on-site seminars. Through his coaching, Eric has been able to improve offices with his practice monitoring systems. He is an expert on case acceptance, verbal skills and the DISC personality profile. He has a passion for stopping cancellations, handling patient objections and asking patients for referrals/reviews. Further, he has vast expertise in financial arrangements, third party financing and eliminating dependence on insurance.
