Hello friends, welcome to your weekly motivational moments with Eric Vickery, president of coaching and All-Star Dental Academy. We’ve been on this storyline of being leaders. I’ll remind you, you’re all leaders. You know what you are. How you lead is through the HEROES acronym. And we’re going to dive into that each week now over the next several weeks. And I want to use this as a place for you to grab a foothold and say, okay, I want to learn how to be that. And so I’m going to…

So as a leader, as you lead your patients, as you lead your team, I want you thinking about how am I being perceived? Because sometimes it just takes a smile, sometimes it just takes a shift in who you’re being in those moments to come across a bit differently. Can you connect with someone? And

One of the smartest things you can do is ask questions. You know, a confident yet humble leader knows how to ask questions and be interested in that other person, not just interesting all the time. So this is a check and a balance. This week, I want you looking for ways to maintain that balance, find that line, that thin line that you’re gonna walk, and say, okay, I’m humble, but yet I’m also, and also I’m confident. I can…

be on both ends of that spectrum. All right guys, have a great week. I look forward to hearing your stories about this, keeping yourselves in check, and learning and growing on how to be both humble and confident.
