All-Star Dental Academy Lead Mastery Coach Eric Vickery is joined by Dr. Gregg Raymond and Karen Raymond.
Eric and the Raymonds discuss strategies to move a dental practice to an insurance free business model. The Raymonds share insights into the benefits and challenges of this move.
Questions we will discuss:
- Was there a time you were in network w/insurance or were you always an OON provider?
- How did you resign?
- What were the challenges with moving away from insurance?
- How did it affect the practice being OON?
- What is the one thing you would want to say to a dentist who was in network right now to shed some light on the opportunity?
