Alright everyone…we get tons of requests from dentists that know that they need training, they see a problem, they know how to fix it, and then what happens…NOTHING!?
They give us all kinds of excuses like, “my team doesn’t want to do it” (who’s the boss/leader/owner??), “we are too busy” (busy being reactive and unproductive and working all day to fill broken appointments), and the list goes on and on…
These dentists want an option that allows them to do training with their team that takes the path of least resistance, but then when we give them that option, they aren’t sure they can even commit to that. Wowza!
Luckily, the dentists that do sign up for our program aren’t dabblers. That’s not the definition of an All-Star. An All-Star is a dentist that steps up, sees the vision as the leader of their team, makes the directive, and motivates his/her team for greatness. Not just temporary greatness. The greatness of a doer that says we are going to give it our all and do it with success. Go big or go home. If you aren’t ready to do the program with full gusto and give your best effort to improve, you aren’t going to get better no matter what program you do. Period.
Nothing is going to be a quick fix…you are going to have to do the work and step up as a leader. When you are ready to do that, we are going to support you 100%. This isn’t for dabblers…this is for doers. If you join us, get ready for a change.
