Last week, our All-Star Dental Academy team had the pleasure of attending the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s (AACD) Annual Scientific Session and Tradeshow, in San Francisco, CA. The conference was held at the Moscone Center West, and boasted some 2,000+ attendees and members of the AACD.
We were honored to be asked to participate and exhibit as one of the official business partners of the AACD. We became business partners with the AACD because we both believe in patient service and quality care. Our online phone and scheduling program promotes a customer-service based approach and highlights the dentist’s unique clinical skills – a truly beneficial aspect for an AACD-affiliated dentist’s team to have since so much of the AACD’s focus is on clinical training. Being able to convey that special level of skill to their patients over the phone is what will help differentiate and set them apart from the competition in the dental market.
We had so much fun in our booth space in the exhibit hall. Not only did we have our educational materials and program examples, but we also made the booth fun and inviting by having our very own putting green. Dentists and their team members were able to putt for All-Star prizes including an All-Star t-shirt with logo.
We had many dentists enrolling their teams in All-Star, and we even had the pleasure of meeting, in-person, several of our dentists that have been using the training program with their teams. The feedback we have received, and the amazing improvements in their practices, is priceless. Several AACD dentists have already noted they have seen massive growth and changes in staff morale since implementing the All-Star training program. Many were kind enough to provide video or written testimonials regarding their success.

We are very appreciative of our partnership with such a prestigious organization like the AACD, and look forward to working with them for a very long time to help bring value to their members.
