Coaches

Our coaches take pride in providing self-funding support to dental practices worldwide!

As an All-Star Dental Academy Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to work with practices virtually and onsite, helping doctors and their teams strengthen leadership, culture, efficiency, and patient experience. We’re proud to offer a training program designed for dental professionals who are ready to begin their coaching journey, while also welcoming experienced coaches who want to integrate their expertise into our established team. All coaching positions are contractor-based, offering flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in dentistry.

  • Deliver engaging one-on-one and group coaching sessions to dental teams, both virtually and onsite.
  • Guide clients in leadership, team culture, efficiency, patient experience, and business performance.
  • Support practices in tracking and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive measurable growth.
  • Take advantage of training and mentorship if you’re starting your coaching journey, or bring your expertise as an experienced coach ready to integrate with our team.
  • Collaborate with All-Star to refine and enhance coaching strategies that make a real difference.

Coaching experience is preferred but not required. Qualified candidates without prior coaching experience may be offered the opportunity to complete our paid Coach Training and Certification Program.

Hiring Specialists

Our Hiring Specialists act as trusted extensions of dental practices across the US!

As an All-Star Dental Academy Hiring Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to partner with dental offices to post positions, conduct preliminary interviews, extend job offers, and guide onboarding for new team members. Bringing real dental experience, our Hiring Specialists have the expertise to screen and select the perfect candidates for each practice. We welcome professionals who want to leverage their dental knowledge to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a contractor role. All Hiring Specialist positions are contractor-based and require prompt, professional communication with both candidates and doctors.

  • Partner with dental practices to understand their staffing needs and unique culture.
  • Craft job postings and advertise open positions to attract top talent.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with candidates, acting as an extension of the practice’s hiring team.
  • Present job offers on behalf of the practice and provide guidance throughout onboarding for the new team member.
  • Ensure clients receive consistent, professional support throughout the hiring process, helping them build strong, high-performing teams.

Sales & Support

Our Sales & Support team helps dental practices thrive by connecting them with All-Star solutions!

As an All-Star Dental Academy Sales & Support team member, you’ll have the opportunity to introduce practices to our coaching, training, and hiring services, build strong relationships with practice owners and managers, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success. We welcome professionals who are driven to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a contractor role. All Sales & Support positions are contractor-based and require prompt, professional communication with both clients and colleagues.

  • Introduce dental practices to All-Star Dental Academy’s coaching, training, and hiring solutions.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with practice owners and managers by understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Support clients through onboarding and implementation, ensuring they feel confident and cared for.
  • Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to help practices maximize the impact of All-Star programs.
  • Represent the All-Star brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a service-first mindset.
