Shyanne McCracken

Shyanne graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and English and after working as a crisis worker and mental health counselor for a few years, she joined her father’s dental team. Shyanne was excited for the opportunity to expand her expertise into a different field and to understand patients’ needs and wants (through DISC profiling, building rapport, and more) therefore increasing case acceptance and new patients.

As office manager and patient coordinator of an insurance-free practice with a “questions are the answers” philosophy, Shyanne helped her father’s office thrive during the COVID pandemic. Shyanne loves helping offices become insurance-free and building  teams that understand and relays patient-driven dentistry regardless of insurance coverage.
